GOW, Nora (Janet Noragavina Gooder) Born in 1917 in Motherwell, Scotland to parents Jessie (Campbell) and John Gooder. She was named after two uncles killed in WW1. Her family moved to Fort Erie, Ontario where she met and married Henry Gow. Henry and Nora lived to celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary in 2009. Nora loved her family and she leaves behind her daughter Nancy Collins (Greg) of Las Vegas, Nev, her son, William Gow (Jennifer) of Kelowna, BC; grandsons Jeff Cyril and David Cyril of Hunting Beach, California, Steve Gow of Calgary, Matthew Gow (Julie); great-grandchildren, Will, Broderick and Mackenzie of Calgary. Also her sisters Ada Finnegan of Ontario, Jessie Robbins of BC and brother Frank Gooder of Ontario. Nora had numerous nephews and nieces, who all saw her as the last of a generation in our family. Nora and Henry lived 22 years at Lakeshore Place in Kelowna and appreciated the many friends they made with both staff and residents. Nora was known as an avid walker, co
