VOISEY, Samuel James Was born May 15, 1933 in northeastern Canada in Southhampton Island, NWT. After a period of COPD illness, he passed away gently in the loving company of family on March 2, 2013, at the Central Okanagan Hospice House in Kelowna. He is survived by his sons Glen (wife Maggie) and John, and his daughters Sandra and Alexa. We would like to take this opportunity to thank friends and neighbours for their heartfelt support during Sam's illness. He so appreciated the many visits, meals dropped by, drives into nature, and help with errands and stuff around his home. Again, his friends were the best - there for him in good times and hard times. You all meant so very much to him. Dad will be missed and forever remembered with love and affection. There will be a Celebration of Life in May, on what would have been his 80th birthday. Details will be announced.
