PRICE, PHILIP EDWARD: June 5, 1954 - February 20, 2013 Passed away in Penticton at the age of 58. He will be sadly missed by his best friend and wife of 28 years, Kelly; daughters, Stacy and Kaylyn (Daniel); grandson, Hunter Harris; mother, Norma (Jack) Ranger; sister, Susan (Larry) Leslie; nephews, David, Phil (Angela) Ibbotson; little buddy, Terry Nickle and furry friends, Bella and Lucy. Philip was predeceased by his father, George Price and best buddy, Richard Rylander. He was the life of the party and will be missed forever by many more friends and extended members of our family.
