MCNEILL, Donald 1921 - 2012 Donald passed away in the morning hours of Monday, December 24, 2012 at the age of 91. Survived by me, his loving wife Britta of 60 years. We will miss Donald but he leaves behind so many wonderful memories. We married in England and emigrated two years later to Canada. When we moved Donnie always had a new job waiting, including a job in Montreal. With each new job he built a new house. Donald started life in Scotland and during the War became a pilot in the RAF. His planes became Catalinas which took him to many placeS, from Pensacola to Palestine. As soon as he left the RAF he continued his education to finish his degree in Electronic Engineering. We met in a boarding house in Maidenhead and that resulted in our marriage. Two years later we emigrated to Canada. We started a life that became rich in so many ways with good jobs and wonderful friends. He could continue his love for sailing and racing, became a very good skier and built his houses. On retirem
